Our multiple wash cycle selections let you customize what's best for your rack load.  This robust high-temperature dishmachine boasts a fully-automatic cycle along with Jackson's exclusive Sani-Sure™ technology, ensuring proper temperature/sanitation is reached every cycle. Clean dishes the first time through! Other standard features include a 70° F rise booster heater, field phase conversion capability, built-in pressure regulator, and top mounted controls.

No plastics here! All TempStar models are constructed of heavy duty 304 stainless steel, are field convertible from straight-through to corner and vice versa, and include adjustable bullet feet and single-point connections for all utilities.
